Bentley Hotel
South Beach
Boutique Hotel Renovation · Ocean Drive, Miami Beach
The Bentley Hotel South Beach is one of Ocean Drive's original Art Deco addresses — a building with real character, real constraints, and real history. Our work here wasn't about erasing any of that. It was about finding what the building was always capable of becoming.
No two rooms were identical. Different footprints, different window orientations, different floor levels, different inherited conditions — every suite presented its own puzzle. Rather than forcing a single solution across the property, we worked room by room, measuring on-site, developing custom layouts, and designing each space to feel intentional within its own particular shape.
The design direction was clear from the start: bring the serenity of the beach indoors. Soft neutrals, warm wood tones, and clean-lined furnishings layered with texture. Calm in the morning. Warm and intimate at night. The kind of room a guest sinks into and immediately stops thinking about anything else.
Working within a value-driven budget required the same discipline that any great project demands: ruthless clarity about what matters most. We focused our energy on space planning, lighting, and the signature moments — the details that make a room feel designed rather than decorated. The outcome is a boutique hotel that reads cohesive, considered, and quietly elevated throughout.
