LocationFisher Island, Miami Beach, Florida

Think about the dinner party that ran until two in the morning because no one could bring themselves to leave. The Sunday morning when the light comes through just right and the house feels like it belongs to you completely. The way a well-designed home makes you feel more like yourself in it.

This Fisher Island residence was reworked entirely around that idea. The client loves to entertain — so we asked what a home built for that truly looks like, and then we built it. The floor plan was reconfigured from the ground up: circulation opened, sightlines extended, social and private zones rebalanced so the residence can hold a room full of guests and feel effortless, and retreat into quiet intimacy just as naturally.

Sculptural curved architecture softens the transitions between spaces. Tailored millwork gives every room a sense of intention without weight. Lighting was designed to stay warm and flattering throughout the day — the kind that makes everyone look good and the evening feel like it should go on a little longer.

An integrated bar display, an intimate poker lounge, and spa-caliber bathrooms complete a residence that works as hard as its owner does — and knows exactly when to stop.

The result is calm, modern luxury. A restrained palette where texture leads: stone, timber, soft textiles. Nothing superfluous. Everything there for a reason. The kind of home that spoils you for anywhere else.
