She wasn't sure how much was possible. That's how she said it — she knew she wanted the house to feel different, but she'd lived in it long enough to stop believing it could be.

That's the moment we live for.

The San Souci Residence is a complete interior transformation of a Miami home — one that began with removing walls and ended with removing doubt. Opening the floor plan let light move through the living, dining, and kitchen spaces in a way the house had never allowed. A reimagined furniture layout effectively doubled the perceived size of the living room without changing a single square foot of actual floor area.

The design finds a rare balance: modern clarity without coldness, mid-century warmth without nostalgia. Rich wood tones, custom leather wall panels, earthy textures, and a slatted wood ceiling that anchors the room in something architectural — something that couldn't have been bought off a shelf, because it doesn't exist off a shelf. Every element was purpose-built for this house, this client, this life.

The leather-wrapped feature wall with floating shelves became the signature moment of the project. The kind of detail that makes guests stop mid-conversation and ask who did this.

The transformation elevated both the aesthetic and the market value of the home significantly. But the number that matters most to us is this: our client now says she never wants to leave.

That is what we're here to do.
